Birth of Kou-Chan

In response to India’s rapidly expanding telecom and IT sectors, Mr. Bilgi established Kou-Chan Knowledge Convergence Pvt. Ltd. in collaboration with Mrs. Lalithalakshmi V. Bilgi and CS N. S. Bilgi. With the early support of Airtel, Kou-Chan became a trusted partner for staffing, project management, and operational support in emerging markets

An energetic entrepreneur, educator, and compassionate leader, Mrs. Lalithalakshmi V. Bilgi serves as Whole-Time Director and Co-Founder of Kou-Chan Knowledge Convergence Pvt. Ltd. With a Gold Medal in Commerce from Bangalore University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, and training in Women Entrepreneurship at IIM Bangalore, she embodies excellence in both academic and leadership domains.

From Education to Enterprise

Beginning her journey as a respected Business Studies and Accountancy teacher at Bishop Cotton Girls’ School, Bangalore, Mrs. Bilgi constantly sought new ways to empower others. During her tenure, she also served as Honorary Secretary of “Prerana” – the Tech to the Future Teachers Club sponsored by Intel® India – inspiring innovation in education.
Her people-centric approach led her to discover a new calling in human resources and administration, where she now heads Kou-Chan’s operational leadership in Bangalore, driving strategic workforce solutions and fostering a positive organizational culture.

With a strategic mindset and a sharp legal acumen, Mr. Nagaraj S. Bilgi serves as Director and Co-Founder of Kou-Chan Knowledge Convergence Pvt. Ltd. Operating from Mumbai, he drives business development, spearheads GeM bidding, and leads innovations in IT project management, customer support services, and managed solutions delivery. An Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), Mr. Bilgi holds a Commerce degree and a postgraduate qualification in Law, making him uniquely positioned to bridge the domains of marketing, legal affairs, corporate governance, and operations.
